As an Associate for the past 10 years, Amy is personable and engaging with the clients, supporting overall client customer service. She manages the technology, program support and administrative needs of the business. Amy’s previous work history consists of 9 years in a variety of Human Resources roles. She a passionate volunteer in the community in a variety of areas, one in which includes: the Epiphany Job Network.
Don Gunther
Don specializes in developing solutions for improving organizational and leadership effectiveness. With over 30 years of experience, he offers a unique blend of organizational development, consulting skills, management experience and functional business knowledge. Don is also principal of Gunther Leadership.
He is a member of the BP Global Faculty, providing coaching and facilitation for senior/group-level leaders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia-Pac and the Middle East in the areas of change leadership, leading effective teams, strategic influence and conflict management. He has also provided executive coaching for Duke Executive Education and facilitated programs for Barclays.
Prior to this, Don was Sr. Faculty with the Center for Creative Leadership® (CCL®), where he designed and delivered leadership development solutions for AXA Equitable, Bayer, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Booz Allen Hamilton, ESPN, Ford Motor Company, Medtronic, Saks Fifth Avenue, Verizon Communications, WellPoint, and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
