LEAD is an in-person, three-day workshop focused on leadership talent development. Who should attend?

Mid to Senior Level Leaders, who want to hone their leadership capabilities while building a network of peers outside their organization.

What is the dress code?

To create a comfortable environment, we recommend Informal Business Casual.

What are the start time and end times each day?

Day 1 & 2 will start at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM. Day 3, will end at 4:30 PM.

What can I expect after registration?

Following registration, you should receive an immediate receipt of registration. Out of consideration of workplace demands—as well as the time needed to truly maximize the pre-course work necessary for the LEAD program—our team will be reaching out in the in early February to coordinate your prework.

What pre-course work is required for this course?

Prework consists of a 360 Review, Insights Discovery, Change, Influence, and Listening styles assessments. All About Talent will be sending you an email that outlines due dates for all prework. Overall, these assessments should take less than 2 hours to complete. All prework should be completed two weeks prior to the event.

Do you recommend I stay at the hotel if I live nearby or in the Houston surrounding areas?

We recommend that participants stay at the hotel to allow for less stress with daily travel and opportunities to connect after class and over dinner with other participants. There is no formal group dinner scheduled.

Is there an event rate if choosing to stay on-site?

A special rate is available for the arrival date of 4/29/24 and departure date of 5/2/24. Reservations may be made online with this direct link, or by calling in-house reservations with the group code: LEAD and Booking ID:  AAT281.

Can additional days be added to my hotel stay?

Event rates are only available on contracted nights (4/29/24-5/2/24). Additional nights can be added pre/post-event with the in-house reservations department based on availability.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Due to the limited number of participants enrolled and cost of the prework required for this course, if needed, participants may cancel their course attendance for a 50% refund up until February 9, 2024. See resort policies for accommodation cancelation details.

What is the final day for registration?

February 9, 2024 or until the workshop capacity is reached.

How do I place myself on a waitlist if the class is full?

Once the workshop has reached capacity, you will be able to sign-up for the waitlist. Should a place become available, All About Talent will contact you to confirm your continued interest. You will also be placed on a contact list for future event dates.

What if I can’t attend the current program being offered, how can I find out about future dates?

New dates will be posted on the website in April following the completion of the current course offering. You can also join the waitlist or be notified about upcoming programs.
