Leading through Change and Transition
This session will increase your awareness of the dynamics that affect individuals and teams impacted by organizational change. You will better understand how people transition through change, and the key elements that enable them to “get on board” with the change.
In addition, learn the key leadership communication focal points that enable teams to align and be more committed to the change.
