Sally Clark has an extensive background in training and development consulting. Her most recent professional experience includes 10 years at
J.P. Morgan Chase Bank including positions in training, organizational effectiveness and organizational development. Not only has Sally recently formed All About
Talent because of her love for the training and development field, but she also brings a unique facilitation style which engages others to want to learn and improve
their individual and team effectiveness.
Sally is an experienced development consultant with proven leadership and effectiveness in all areas of organizational development, including performance
consulting, coaching, leadership development, executive & high potential mentoring, training design/delivery, team facilitation, change management and strategic planning.
Sally is qualified/certified in various assessments such as, INSIGHTS, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FISH! Philosophy, Change Style Indicator, and Highlands Ability Battery.
She has also facilitated numerous customized training workshops helping to build high performing teams and create personal awareness.
Sally received a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas A&M University. She was on the Dean's List and also received a Teacher Certification.
She has served as a member of the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and has been an active member in the community by serving as a member
in the J.P. Morgan Chase Community Partners group.
